The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is dedicated to bringing together both professional and non-professional members worldwide who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and fine dining.
In Dubai, we meet every month to enjoy a memorable evening, which starts with a champagne reception. Menues, prepared by top international chefs at many of the city's top restaurants and world-class hotels, are complemented by fine wines. And of course lively discussion and great company. Our dinners are always 'black tie' or national dress. We welcome National UAE members to our tables, although you can also expect Scottish National Dress too, to add to the colour. During the summer months, we have less formal lunches, which have been known to extend well into the evening!
There is no Chaine diner amical during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Tips from the Webmaster: HOW TO REGISTER AND LOG IN WITH US FIRST TIME AS A MEMBER:
On your first visit to the Dubai Chaine website, members are invited to register by clicking on the Login button, top right of the main page. This will take you to a short form, where you can add your preferred Login name (It can be your family name, first name or anything else, but keep it short).
Then add your password. This should be the last 5 numbers of your membership number. If you do not have this handy, then make up a password, either letters and/ or mix of numbers. Text is case sensitive, so keep a note of your password. We can help if you forget your log in details. The only other information we need is a contact number - and your actual name in case we need to make contact. This is kept confidential and not shared with any other member or third parties.
Once you have initially signed in (please use the Signin button first time and NOT the highlighted Login button) and off you go.
General sections of the website are avaIlable to visitors. The photo and video galleries are only accessible by members who have registered with us, so please do so.
